Plain answers about what I collect, why, and what happens to it. This covers zionclickcreate.com and ZCC Clip Studio.

Who I am

Zion Click Create ("ZCC", "I", "me") is a web design and software studio run by Zion Boggan in Memphis, TN. This policy covers the zionclickcreate.com website and ZCC Clip Studio, a public product that lets a creator upload and preview their own video, then send it to their own TikTok account. What I collect on this website

  • Contact form: the name, email, phone, and project details you choose to send me. I use them to reply to you and for nothing else.
  • Payments: handled by Stripe. I see your name, email, and payment status. I never see or store full card numbers.
  • Basic logs: the site runs on Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and uptime. I do not run advertising trackers.

ZCC Clip Studio and TikTok

Clip Studio connects to TikTok only after you use TikTok's own authorization screen. Here is what the product accesses and does:

  • TikTok data: your TikTok account identifier, display name, avatar, current creator posting options, and the upload or publishing permissions shown on TikTok's consent screen. Clip Studio does not request messages, followers, or watch history.
  • Your choices: the uploaded file, its name, duration reported by your browser, caption and hashtags when Direct Post is available, privacy selection, interaction choices, commercial-content disclosures, AI-content label, rights attestation, and transfer consent.
  • What the app does: after your express confirmation, it either transfers the video to your TikTok inbox as a draft or, only where TikTok enables Direct Post, submits the settings you selected. There is no scheduler or unattended posting in this public product.
  • Access tokens: TikTok access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest, kept on the server, isolated to your customer ID, and never placed in browser storage.

How your information is used

To authenticate your account, store and preview your upload, carry out the transfer you explicitly request, show the platform's real delivery status, prevent abuse, respond to support, and manage billing. I do not sell or rent personal data, share it with advertisers, or use customer media to train AI models.

Retention and deletion

  • Uploaded media: private Cloudflare R2 objects expire after seven days, even if you take no action. You can delete a clip sooner. Failed or abandoned upload objects are also swept by automated retention.
  • Connection and account data: TikTok tokens remain only while connected. Disconnecting deletes the local token record and requests remote revocation. Opaque web sessions expire after 30 days.
  • Operational records: delivery state, rate-limit windows, and security/audit records are minimized and swept after the documented operational window, normally 30 days. An audit event kept after account deletion no longer contains your customer ID.
  • Account deletion: the in-product deletion control cancels an active Clip Studio subscription, removes customer media, revokes the TikTok connection, and deletes the local customer record. You may also email zccmediaagency@gmail.com.
  • Provider records: TikTok may retain media you transferred under its own policy. Stripe retains transaction and billing records for fraud, tax, and legal obligations; ZCC does not store full card numbers.

Who your data is shared with

Only the providers needed to run the service: Cloudflare for hosting, database, private object storage, security, and delivery; Stripe for subscriptions and payment status; Google Fonts for typefaces on the main marketing/legal pages; and TikTok when you direct Clip Studio to transfer media through TikTok's official APIs. I may also disclose information if legally required.

Your choices

  • Preview or delete each stored clip and choose whether anything is transferred.
  • Disconnect TikTok at any time; no later Clip Studio transfer can use that connection.
  • Revoke access from TikTok's own Apps and services settings as well.
  • Manage or cancel billing through Stripe.
  • Ask for a copy, a correction, or deletion of your data by email.

Children

Clip Studio is for people who can enter a binding subscription agreement where they live. It is not directed to children, and I do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, I will update this page and change the date at the top. The current version always lives at this URL.
