The agreement

These terms are between you and Zion Click Create ("ZCC", "I", "me"), a studio run by Zion Boggan in Memphis, TN. By using zionclickcreate.com, hiring the studio, or using ZCC Clip Studio, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

What the services are

• Studio work: web design, builds, and maintenance plans, delivered under whatever written quote or proposal we agree on. Where a proposal and these terms conflict, the proposal wins.
• ZCC Clip Studio: a public, creator-controlled tool that lets you upload and preview your own video, connect your TikTok account, and expressly send that media either to your TikTok inbox as a draft or through Direct Post when TikTok enables that route.

Your account and connected platforms

• Give me accurate information and keep your login credentials to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Connecting TikTok does not itself transfer or publish anything. A separate confirmation is required for each video transfer.
• A TikTok inbox delivery is a draft, not a public post. You finish that draft inside TikTok. Direct Post appears only when TikTok has enabled that product route.
• You can revoke authorization at any time by disconnecting. You must also follow TikTok's terms, content rules, branded-content rules, and music-usage requirements.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload. You give ZCC only the limited permission needed to store, preview, validate, and transmit your content as you direct. That permission ends when the media expires or is deleted, except for provider copies already transferred at your request. You are responsible for rights to every visual, sound, trademark, and likeness in the video, and for making accurate commercial- and AI-content disclosures.

Acceptable use

Do not upload malware or content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, exploitative, or abusive. Do not spam, automate around the confirmation screen, share reviewer access, evade a platform ban or product rate limit, probe another customer's data, or interfere with the service. I can limit, suspend, or close accounts that break these rules.

Payment

• Studio projects are billed per the written quote, through Stripe.
• The Clip Studio monthly price and billing interval are shown before Stripe Checkout. The proposed launch plan is $9 per month. Stripe, not ZCC, receives full card details.
• You can cancel through the billing portal. Access normally continues through the paid period unless fraud, abuse, a refund, or a platform restriction requires earlier suspension. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where law requires otherwise.

Availability and disclaimers

The services are provided as is. I work to keep them fast and reliable, but I do not promise uninterrupted availability. TikTok can review, reject, delay, remove, relabel, or limit content and can change its API or product access. A processing result, inbox delivery, or Direct Post completion is not claimed as public-live proof unless the platform actually returns that proof.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, my total liability for any claim arising out of the services is capped at the amount you paid me in the three months before the claim. I am not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits, lost audience, or lost data, and not liable for actions a connected platform takes against your account.

Ending things

You can stop using Clip Studio, disconnect TikTok, cancel billing, and delete your account through the product. Account deletion cancels an active subscription before local customer data is removed; if cancellation fails, deletion stops and reports the problem. I can suspend or terminate access for breach, with notice where practical. Sections that by their nature should survive—content responsibility, payment obligations, provider records, and liability limits—survive termination.

Changes

I may update these terms as the services evolve. Material changes get a new effective date on this page, and continuing to use the services after that means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Shelby County, Tennessee.
